Favorite Cinema Moments: Part 18
Together.

Another film I wish more people would see. One of my favorite father-son movies. The climax of this film is a tear-jerker...very special.
UPDATE: Directed byKaige Chen, who also did 'Farewell My Concubine,' and 'Emperor and the Assassin.' The Chinese title, "He ni zai yi qi".

Is this the one with the violin? That made me cry.
Yup!
Who directed this movie? I was searching on Imdb but couldn't pinpoint which one was the exact movie. And by the way good drawings!
In chinese it's called "He ni zai yi qi", and it's directed by Kaige Chen
I loved this movie when I saw it in my Chinese Cinema class. Another good movie, but from a 6th generation Chinese director(Chen Kaige is a 5th generation film maker), is Beijing Bicycle. Have you seen it?
No, I haven't. I will look for it, definitely.
I just finished watching the movie "Together" for the first time. Man was it powerful. I am not one to cry but i shed a little tear at the end. Thanks for sharing your favorite films with us. I dont think i would have run into this movie any other way. Thanks.
